The question presented on appeal is whether child support can be suspended based upon a temporary institutionalization of the child. We answer that inquiry in the negative and therefore reverse.

I would believe that the support still be active and garnished. It should be in the interest of the child that the custodial parent still continue the same lifestyle, therefor granting the child a stable home when the child returns.
