The Commonwealth raises the following issue on appeal:
Did the lower court err in suppressing both the
crack cocaine found in plain view when police
stopped defendant’s truck and additional evidence
seized pursuant to subsequently-obtained search
warrants where the Commonwealth’s
uncontradicted evidence – including multiple,
corroborated reports from an identified informant –
clearly demonstrated reasonable suspicion and the
lower court’s suppression order resulted from its
use of the wrong legal standards, including its
failure to consider all of the Commonwealth’s
evidence?
