This is an appeal from the dispositional order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County entered following Appellant’s adjudication of delinquency based on his commission of acts constituting four incidents each of burglary, conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime (“PIC”), and one instance of receiving stolen property (“RSP”). We reverse and remand.

P.B., Maternal Grandmother (“Grandmother”), appeals from the trial court’s order entered on August 13, 2009, denying Grandmother’s motion to dismiss the Philadelphia Department of Human Services’ (“DHS’s”) dependency petition and adjudicating J.C., age 11 (“Child”), dependent. The order also committed Child to DHS, ordered that visits with C.B. (“Mother”) and Grandmother be supervised, and ordered Mother to have a drug screen at the Clinical Evaluation Unit (“CEU”). We affirm.

L.W. (Mother) appeals from the order entered on May 4, 2009, granting the petition to terminate her parental rights to her son, L.F. (d.o.b. 5/26/01) (Child). The trial court terminated Mother’s parental rights pursuant to 23 Pa.C.S.A. § 2511(a)(1), (2), (5), (8), and (b), and changed his goal to adoption pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 6351. Mother claims the trial court abused its discretion in compelling Mother’s therapist to testify and improperly considered her testimony in making its decision to terminate Mother’s parental rights. We affirm.
